THE VENMORE GROUP IS WELCOMING THE NEWEST MEMBER OF THEIR TEAM TO THE LAND & NEW HOMES DEPARTMENT
The North West’s largest independent estate agent has a new member joining the expanding Land and New Homes department.
The Venmore Group welcome Abe Dobson, as the Liverpool and Southport Land and New Homes Manager. Abe comes to the company with over 5 years of New Homes experience.
Hungry and keen to grow The Venmore Group’s exciting new department, Abe is keen to build new trusted relationships with developers, provide great service and be part of Merseyside’s big drive for new homes.
Speaking of his new role, Abe said:
“I am looking forward to joining The Venmore Group as New Homes Manager for Liverpool and Southport. I have 5 years of experience in off-plan sales as well as land and new build developments. I can’t wait to grow the department across the North West.
I am also a qualified building surveyor where I specialise in valuing land and development opportunities. This has proven to be of great assistance to our developers from the very start of their plans”.
